JevQuery

A TypeScript library that turns a sentence into a typed query plan by asking Jev to pick schema parts; Drizzle, Prisma or a SQL builder then runs validated identifiers and bound values.

What it is

Natural language to a plan, never to raw SQL text.

What it does: Jev selects table/column/filter pieces; your ORM executes them.

Why it belongs in the showcase: Clear anti-injection shape for NL→query.

Caveats: Single-table plans today.

Evidence

Public MIT repo, created 2026-10-23, 0 stars as of 2026-10-26. npm package jevquery. typesafeDecider uses TYPESAFE_API_KEY; three requests per sentence. Adapters on jevquery/drizzle and jevquery/prisma; Standard Schema validators can refuse plans. Jev never writes SQL — only chooses among offered columns/operators.

Caveats

  • Joins are still on the todo list
  • Keep the API key on the server
  • Not affiliated with TypeSafe, Drizzle or Prisma

Unofficial case page. Stars / list position observed for heat; do not treat heat as a quality SLA. Review the upstream README before you depend on it.
