What it is
Jev only chooses the next allowed read; your browser keeps the cookies.
What it does: Routes social OSINT steps with typed decisions and local execution.
Why it belongs in the showcase: Strong public example of decide≠execute for browser research.
Caveats: Local Chrome dependency.
Evidence
Public MIT repo under socai-io, created 2026-09-18, about 180 stars and 38 forks as of 2026-10-26. Live docs socai-io.github.io/jev-social (HTTP 200). Uses TypeSafe Jev via OpenRouter; decide/execute/verify boundary documented. npx onboard path; tests workflow badge. Surfaced again in the 2026-10-23+ window as a hot repo.
Caveats
- Needs your authenticated Chrome session and OpenRouter (or equivalent) access to Jev
- Read-only allowlist by design; still handle platform ToS yourself
- Community clone-spam of unrelated */jev-social repos is not this project
Unofficial case page. Stars / list position observed for heat; do not treat heat as a quality SLA. Review the upstream README before you depend on it.
