Public MIT Node package (7★ at intake), npm jev-layer 0.3.0. Repo created 2026-09-19; release 0.3.0 (2026-10-15) adds Jev 1.14 screenshot input, visibility-gated Box grounding and opt-in jev_computer_step. README documents jev_route, jev_model_route, jev_shadow_compaction, jev_record_execution, a deterministic offline demo provider plus OpenRouter or TypeSafe providers, and CI on Node 20/22/24. Author announced 0.3.0 on X on 2026-10-17.
Caveats
- Advisory only by design; the host must enforce permissions
- Computer-use step is opt-in and relies on preview vision features
- Compatibility baseline is limited to listed harness versions
