Jev Gate Lite

A MIT Claude Code/Codex plugin that uses cloud Jev (no local Laya) for hybrid tool-call compaction, long tool-output pruning, and advisory MCP tools jev_evaluate / jev_apply_policy, falling back to built-in summarization when reduction is too small.
